Equilibrium Integrated is a business enabling solutions firm. A 100% black owned enterprise headquartered in Polokwane, South Africa, with access across all the major metros of South Africa.
Our core services are tax and strategy development for new and existing SMEs. We also provide other tailor-made solutions to enable SMEs achieve their business objectives and goals hassle free.
Our purpose is to assist SMEs develop and operate business with ease while complying with all relevant statutes. We have been assisting SMEs operate with optimum efficiency since 2005 and we are on the mission to continue championing the business enabling function across South Africa and beyond.
The founder
Equilibrium Integrated was founded by Mr Mashile Phasha, a Cost and Management Accountant, an all-round businessman, a former Internal Auditor in the banking sector. Mr Phasha also worked as a Junior Accountant for a Top40 listed industrial company. He started his career in the banking industry in 2007, when he joined a Private Bank as a Data Analyst.
Mashile is a Cost and Management Accountant with qualifications from University of Johannesburg and Tshwane University of Technology.
OUR JOURNEY
Our consulting journey started in 2005 when we secured a tax practitioner license. After five years in operation as a sole proprietor and having successfully helped a handful of small businesses with their tax compliance matters, in 2010 Mr. Phasha decided to formalize the business and registered a close corporation.
The secured name and the strategic positioning of the business were not in line with the founder’s vision for the business and therefore it was only a matter of time before a new structure and strategy were formulated in 2017. In that year, the close corporation was converted into a private company, followed by a name change some four years later, from Equillibrium Consulting to Equilibrium Integrated.
